We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Senior Recovery Worker to join our brand new Lancashire Supported Living Rehabilitation Service Inspiring Minds, based in Preston PR1,7QE. Salary £23205 per annum working 35 hours per week working shifts 8am- 3pm and 3pm – 10pm. Some sleep in shifts will also be required working 10pm-8am paid at an additional rate.
The service contains 5 beds and will provide intermediate short term rehabilitation support to adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and individuals on the autistic spectrum and is designed to be a personalised, interactive and collaborative process, reflecting the whole person. It will enable individuals to maximise their potential to live a full and active life within their family, social networks, education/training and the workplace where appropriate, in the context of their mental health and promote recovery.
The service is recently opened end February 2024 with a brand new team in place.
