We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Pay & Reward Assistant to join our Finance team based at our Head Office site in Warrington, WA2 7JB.

Please note, this role is Monday - Friday office hours based role with the option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

As a Pay & Reward Assistant you will work within the Payroll team to provide a customer focused, fully integrated and compliant payroll service to the workforce.

 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Assisting with providing first line advice and support to managers and employees on Payroll matters
  • Assisting with the validation, input, calculation and recording of all monthly payroll data
  • Processing and monitoring all employee changes 
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably allocated to you

Qualifications

This role would be a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within Pay & Reward. We are open to appoint an Apprentice through the apprenticeship scheme with dedicated time to work towards the Payroll Administrator Level 3 qualification. Alternatively, we would welcome applications from individuals looking to join the team on a full-time basis with support to work towards the Payroll Technician Level 3 CIPP Certificate through distance learning.

 

We are looking for individuals who can work independently and effectively to meet deadlines, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with colleagues across wider teams.
