We have an opportunity available for a Bank Carer Support Worker to join the team at our Carer Support Services.
This role provides support across the following services, Bolton Carer Support Service, BL3 2RX. St Helens Family Support, WA10 2EQ. Cheshire East Carers Service, CW1 6GL. Peterborough Carers Wellbeing Service, PE19 2BU. Bradford and Airedale Carers Support Service, BD21 4AJ. Rotherham Dementia Carer Support, DN3 1QS and Cambridge Carer Support, PE19 2BU.
Please note that, depending on service needs and the nature of the work, some duties may be completed remotely. As a result, it may not be necessary to travel to all services.
Salary: £13.90 per hour

In the role of Carer Support Worker you will need to be passionate about empowering and helping carers with a range of matters on a one -to one basis.
In this role you will provide values based support, advice and information to service users and carers ensuring they have access to practical and emotional support.
You will also assist carers to develop coping strategies , conduct home visits and carer assessments and provide information about mental health and mental heal services that are available to them.
