Salary: £43,297.80 per annum
Hours: 39 weekly

You will provide day to day leadership for Beacon services driving high-quality, accessible and sustainable counselling and therapeutic services. The role leads on contract performance, service delivery and business development to achieve measurable therapeutic outcomes, meet commissioner expectations and respond effectively to local mental health needs.
You must have experience of leading a team in a relevant health and social care setting to plan, monitor and evaluate work to meet objectives.

You must have Management NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or willingness to achieve within an agreed time-frame. Experience of working in a counselling or talking therapies service would be favourable.
