We are seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our Business Development Team.

 

Salary: £30,049.50 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: Hybrid working - home working alongside travel to Head Office (based in Warrington)

Responsibilities

As Business Development Coordinator you will support our end to end business development and tendering process. You will ensure that growth opportunities are identified, tracked, and progressed effectively and that tender submissions are well‑coordinated and compliant.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the full tendering process, including setting up tender files and managing development inbox
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure environment 
  • Assist with uploading completed 
  • Work closely with the Bid Manager and wider Business Development team
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, ensuring actions are accurately recorded and shared
  • Undertake research to support bids, including reviewing policies, population data, commissioning strategies, competitor activity and potential partnerships

Qualifications

A minimum 2:1 degree (preferably in related fields ie, Business , Social Policy, Economics). You must have strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work well under significant pressure and concurrent deadlines, and have the ability to balance competing priorities and to work independently.
