In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our digital capabilities and the day-to-day working lives of our staff and the People We Support though improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our central and operational ways of working.

The Associate Director of Digital Transformation and Business Intelligence will support the Digital Transformation Programme team with further enhancing the overall Digital and BI strategy. You will collaborate closely with the core programme team, but also build relationships with key operational and central stakeholders; as well as recruit and then lead a small Data and BI team, reporting to the CFO and Digital Transformation Programme sponsor.

As the driving force behind turning our Digital strategy into reality, you will also be the primary advocate for a culture of transformation and ongoing continuous improvement across our organisation by leveraging Digital tools and technologies. If you are passionate about using technology to transform Social Care, have deep and proven delivery experience and a practical but also visionary mindset, as well as endless energy and enthusiasm, we would love you to be part of this exciting journey to transform our organisation.
