We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead and coordinate our Carers Support Service across two sites.
The role will involve you to work between our Cambridge Mental Health Carer Support Service and our newly acquired Peterborough Carer Support Service.
Salary:£31,577 p/a

As Service Manager, you'll have overall accountability for ensuring both service runs smoothly and safely, while your dedicated team provides the highest standard of care and support. The role will initially involve supporting the implementaion of the Peterborough service. You will prepare and present operational reports detailing service activity and other information as required by commissioners or Making Space.
You'll lead a kindhearted team, always on the lookout for opportunities to help them grow and develop their skills.

Candidates must have a Level 5 (or equivalent) Diploma in health & social care (or the willingness to work towards in an agreed time- frame) and have previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting.
You must have the ability to manage multilple priorites across different locations and have strong leadership , communication and organisational skills. You will be required to travel as part of this role, therefore access to your own mode of transport is essential.
