We have an opportunity available for a support worker to join the team at our extra care service Rosemary Court based in Darlington, County Durham DL1 1UB.

The Role:

You will be supporting adults on a person centred basis to live independently in their own apartments, tasks will include personal care, check in visits, administering medication and domestic tasks.
